We serve all of Greater Cincinnati β that includes Anderson Township, West Chester, Mason, Blue Ash, Delhi, Norwood, Hyde Park, Loveland, Montgomery, Milford, Fairfield, and everywhere in between. We deliver up to 25 miles from our base. Not sure if you're in range? Just give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll let you know.
Every rental includes a 6-hour window. That's from the time we finish setup to the time we start packing up β so you get a full 6 hours of bounce time. Need more? You can add an extra hour for $50 at the time of booking.
Light drizzle is usually fine β we'll let you make the call on that one. But if there's lightning or a storm in the forecast, we'll postpone and reschedule you at no charge. Safety first, always. We don't want your refund β we want you to have a great party.
Yes β the blower that keeps the bounce house inflated needs a standard 110V outlet within about 50 feet of the unit. If you don't have one close by, we can add a generator rental for $75. Just let us know when you book.
We get this question more than you'd think. Our units are rated for kids up to about 14 years old and a combined weight limit of 800 lbs at one time. Adults can hop in for a quick moment, but we ask that you don't let grown-ups use it as a regular bounce session β it can stress the seams and create safety hazards.
Our standard bounce house needs roughly a 15x15-foot flat area with about 15 feet of clearance overhead (for trees, wires, etc.). The combo units and water slides need more β typically 25x20 feet. When you book, give us your address and we'll confirm the space requirements for your specific rental.
Absolutely. We carry full general liability insurance and all of our equipment is regularly inspected and certified. We can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue or HOA requires one β just ask.
Grass is ideal β we use stakes to anchor the unit securely. We can also set up on dirt or compacted gravel. We cannot set up on concrete or asphalt (not safe for anchoring), and we'll need to use sandbags if you have a hard surface β reach out to discuss.
Yes, with some planning. Most Cincinnati-area parks require a permit for inflatables and may require proof of insurance. We're happy to provide our insurance certificate. Just make sure you have the permit squared away before your event β we can't be held responsible if a park won't let us set up without the right paperwork.
Summer weekends book up fast β we're talking 3-4 weeks out by June. If you know your date, book it. Weekdays and off-season dates are usually more flexible. The $75 deposit reserves your spot, and the remaining balance is due day-of.
Cancel more than 7 days before your event and we'll refund your deposit in full, no questions. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll apply it as a credit toward a future booking. Weather-related cancellations are always handled with a full reschedule at no charge.
