What's included in the $249 price?
Everything. The $249 covers delivery to your location (within 50 miles of Amelia, OH), full setup, the 6-hour rental window, teardown, and pickup. The unit comes pre-cleaned and sanitized. There are no fuel surcharges, no setup fees, and no surprise charges at the end. The only add-on is the optional generator rental if you don't have a 20-amp outdoor outlet — ask about that when you book.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Amelia, OH — that covers all of Greater Cincinnati including Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, and Butler counties in Ohio, plus Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. That means everywhere from downtown Cincinnati and Hyde Park out to Mason, Lebanon, Oxford, Florence KY, and Lawrenceburg IN. Do I need electricity? What's the generator add-on?
The bounce slide runs on a standard blower that needs a 20-amp outdoor outlet within about 50 feet of where we set up. If you don't have a suitable outlet — or you're hosting at a park or venue without power — we offer a generator rental. Just mention it when you book and we'll bring it along. There's no extra charge for the extension cord when we use a nearby outlet.
How much yard space do I need?
The unit is 22' long × 9' wide × 15' tall. You'll need roughly 25' × 12' of flat, clear ground to account for stakes, landing zone, and blower clearance. We need to be able to stake it into the ground — concrete, asphalt, or very hard-packed surfaces can make setup difficult, so reach out ahead of time if you're concerned about your setup spot.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup is typically 20–30 minutes from when we arrive. We handle everything: unloading, staking, inflation, and a safety check before we hand it over. Teardown at the end of your rental window is another 20–30 minutes. We'll coordinate the exact pickup time when we confirm your booking.
What if it rains on my event day?
Weather cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge — no questions asked, no fees. If the forecast looks sketchy, just call or text us by 7 a.m. on the day of your event and we'll push you to the next available date. We don't operate in lightning, heavy rain, or sustained winds over 25 mph. Light drizzle with calm wind is usually fine — we'll make that call together the morning of.
Can I extend the rental or keep it overnight?
We don't currently offer overnight rentals or extensions — the 6-hour window is the standard booking. If you have a specific situation (venue, event timing, etc.), reach out and we'll see what we can do. We're a real family business, not a call center, so unusual requests are always worth asking about.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry full general liability insurance. A COI (certificate of insurance) is available on request if your venue or park requires it. Just ask when you book and we'll get it to you before your event date.
What ages is the bounce slide appropriate for?
The bounce slide is designed for kids roughly 3–12 years old. We recommend a maximum of 2 riders at a time, always adult-supervised. Toddlers under 3 should only go on with a supervising adult and should stick to the bouncing section rather than the slide. We ask that adults over 250 lbs refrain from using the unit.
How do I book? How does the deposit work?
Book online at cincyhopanddrop.com/book or call us at 513-307-9530. A $75 deposit is charged at checkout to hold your date — that deposit is applied toward the $249 total. The remaining $174 is due the day of the party. If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, the deposit is fully refunded. Cancel within 7 days and the deposit becomes a credit toward a future booking.
